This is the second time (possible third) that I have been inconvenienced when I made an appointment. The customer service has been steadily declining. I get signed in and sit in the waiting area. I request the technician, Hannah, who I prefer for my nails to do my eyebrows as well and that someone else can do my pedicure. Today, I arrived and was told the technicician I scheduled for my pedicure and eyebrow wax was not there. My date and time were confirmed and booked. I was told Heather does not work there any more so I requested Hannah. I called to schedule an appointment yesterday for an acrylic nail fill with gel polish, pedicure, and eyebrow wax with my preferred nail techs, Mary and Heather. I was totally stressed and aggravated after that experience. For $93 for a basic pedicure and manicure no acrylic nails, just my own nails and toe nails being polished.I expect an excellent relaxing experience. They need to remember some of us is at least 90% of their clientele. Ch ecking out the guy was rude and made a comment that I didn't appreciate to then look ridiculous for making the comment bc they always think some of us can't pay or is trying not to pay them when I had already paid the $93 for my daughter soooo why would I not pay the $93 for myself when my service was finished. I think it's rude to ask a person for a tip and not even ask if the service was excellent or worth tipping for. When paying they ask you do you want to leave a tip although you may have already directly gave your tip to the person(s) that provided the services (3 people/3tips). The same person did our manicures rushed half polished our nails and it really wasn't a real manicure. Paris Nails & Spa is located in sleepy Sharon on S Main Street in a small strip plaza near 95. The person that did my daughters pedicure rushed and cut steps. Anyways finger nails and toe nails etc just not my thing but I promised Brian I would do him a positive as Nancy swears by him so here it is.
The person that did my pedicure was excellent.
